• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, establishing a solid foundation for treatment.
• Provide individualized and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, tailoring techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to fit the specific needs of each client.
