Seeking a Full Time Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join a great team in Western Arizona!
Job Overview
Status: Full Time (permanent) role
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for medical-surgical patients in accordance with professional standards.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans and monitor patient progress.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient assessments, treatments, and responses.
  • Education: Provide medical instruction to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge care. 
 
Qualifications
  • Licensure: Current, valid RN license in Arizona, a temporary/interim license, or a compact RN licensure.
  • Certifications: BLS certification is required; ACLS may be required depending on the specific unit.
  • Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) is preferred.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of clinical experience is preferred, though entry-level candidates may be considered for certain roles.
