Job description

CNC Set-Up Specialist | CNC Milling | Full-Time

DPI Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated CNC Machinists and Toolmakers for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our client in McMinnville.

Location: McMinnville, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a ½ hour lunch
Pay: $28.00 – $36.00/hr (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Set up and operate CNC milling machines
  2. Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  3. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  5. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of CNC machining experience
  2. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  3. Experience with measuring tools and inspection processes
  4. Basic understanding of G-code
  5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
  7. Able to pass a drug screening
