Job description

We’re seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing team. Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a skilled professional to join their on-site team in Sussex, WI. This Temp to Perm role offers a stable 1st shift schedule with opportunities for overtime and diverse responsibilities.

CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on CNC lathes and machining centers.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
  • Conduct machine tear-downs, rebuilds, and wiring tasks.
  • Use schematics and technical documents to identify root causes of issues.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to resolve complex equipment concerns.

CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with CNC equipment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in wiring, troubleshooting, and documenting maintenance activities.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
