CNC Lathe/Mill Machinist | $25-30 per hour | Monday-Friday 6 am-2:30pm

 Job Description
 As a CNC Lathe, CNC Milling Set-up Machinist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting production goals and machining high-precision parts. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented machinist with experience in both CNC turning and CNC milling and setting up the equipment. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Set up CNC lathes and milling machines to produce parts and components.
  • Machine a variety of materials to close tolerances per blueprint specifications
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols 
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
 
  • Minimum of 2-5 years CNC Set-up CNC Mills, and CNC lathes  
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, micrometers, and a ruler to produce parts.
  • Be familiar with different alloy materials and the tooling, speeds and feeds required for machining the different alloys
  • Possess the math skills to calculate angles, bolt circles and any other equations required to accomplish machining tasks
  • Have own tools that accommodate set up, deburring, tool changing, and measuring for all phases of operation.

The base salary range for this position is $25.00-$30.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
