Are you a team player?

Do you care for people, knowing all are made in the image of God?

If you answered "yes" to all those questions, then maybe God is calling you to join the staff at The City Mission!

The Operations Manager provides leadership to three direct reports managing a team of 15 staff serving 200+ women and children daily. This position manages the supervisors for foodservice, facilities maintenance, and safety and security teams.

If you have the following qualifications and experience, this might be the job for you!

  • Bachelor's degree in related field is required. Master's degree in related field is preferred.
  • 7+ Years' experience in supervision and management is required, rescue mission or similar setting strongly preferred.

  • Supervision and management experience required.
  • Knowledge in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention preferred.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is required: foodservice/hospitality management, facilities management, customer service, and/or security operations.

Before clicking "apply," here's the fine print: Ministry work is challenging. Serving people is challenging. And as each staff member is a minister of the gospel, we have high standards for personal conduct and hold sincerely to our statement of faith.
