Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across technology, digital transformation, ecommerce, marketing, or related business functions.
  • Proven success modernizing systems, automating processes, and driving enterprise transformation while maintaining operational stability.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, ecommerce platforms, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, data strategy, systems integration, and analytics.
  • Experience supporting B2B and/or government-focused organizations through digital growth, demand generation, customer engagement, and revenue alignment initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, develop leaders, manage organizational change, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into practical business solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience within distribution, government contracting, cooperative purchasing, public sector services, or related industries is preferred.
