BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

About the role:
We are looking for Boutique Operations Associate who is passionate about providing the highest standards of service and will be trained to be well-rounded in all activities within the Boutique. These individuals will be the experts on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools and will work closely with the boutique leaders to impart critical business knowledge. This role will be crucial to the success of the operations within the Boutique. They will support all areas of the Boutique as needed and ultimately impacting the client experience.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
  • Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL client experience

  • Be the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems and Tools to act as a resource for entire Boutique Team

  • Deliver exceptional customer service based on CHANEL's service mantra, including welcoming and greeting all clients, including hosting

  • Support the daily operations including opening and closing of registers, incoming and outgoing shipments, damages, stock and restock needs

  • Understand the inventory management processes

  • Maintain an organized and controlled stock storage system and process received stock and record into system

  • Communicating inventory and supply needs to Boutique Director/Assistant Boutique Manager

  • Partner with Assistant Boutique Manager to execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory

  • Uphold an omni-channel mindset to directly benefit the client, producing a seamless experience from in-store to online and vice versa

  • Co-ownership of all brand image, hygiene standards and visual merchandising requirements.

  • Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support

  • Build positive team relationships throughout the boutique to inspire trust and teamwork.

Position Logistics:
  • 3+ years of related experience

  • Ability to move heavy items - may include overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs.

  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays

  • Experience in the fragrance & beauty industry preferred

  • Heart of House: Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique; the receiving of inventory; shipping of product to support sales to ensure optimal client service

Compensation:
  • The anticipated base range for this position is $25 through $30.90 hourly. Base hourly is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay may be offered for this position. Other components may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks
