Luxury Bath Tampa Bay is part of one of the fastest-growing bathroom remodeling organizations in North America. We specialize in high-quality acrylic bath and shower systems designed to deliver beautiful, low-maintenance solutions in as little as one day.

As we continue expanding across the Tampa Bay area and surrounding territories, we are looking for strong installers and crew leaders who take pride in precision and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • · Remodel bathrooms efficiently using carpentry and construction trade skills
  • · Complete quality installations in as little as one day
  • · Follow all installation procedures and safety standards
  • · Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
  • · Represent the company with professionalism and respect in customers’ homes
  • · Educate homeowners on care and maintenance of their new bath systems
  • · Complete required paperwork and photo documentation accurately
  • · Maintain your installation vehicle, tools, and materials
  • We take pride in leaving homes better than we found them — and in delivering a five-star experience every time.

What We’re Looking For

  • · 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or remodeling experience
  • · Ability to measure accurately and use standard construction tools
  • · Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • · Ability to work independently and lead when necessary
  • · Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • · Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • · Ability to read instructions and follow detailed processes
  • Bathroom remodeling experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate.
  • Full-time availability Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays required.
