Repair Technician - Cell Phone Tablet Computer/Electronics & Mobile Device

Job Position: Experienced Cell Phone Repair Technicianย  Level 3 Preferred but not required (Full-Time Position)

Looking for an experienced Cellphone Tablet /Computer laptop / Level 3 Technician.
Micro-Soldering is a plus Cell Phone Repair Technician Level 3 Wanted.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cellphone Screen Repairs for iPhone Android devices and tablets iPads.ย 
  • Charging port, battery replacement, speakers back glass repairs.ย 
PC:
  • Screen Replacement , battery replacement , keyboard replacement .motherboard replacement.
  • Component upgrades/replacements, e.g. RAM/HDD/motherboard/power supply.
  • Virus/Malware Removal.
  • Software Installations.
Laptop:
  • Screen Replacement , battery replacement , keyboard replacement .motherboard replacement.
  • Component upgrades/replacements, e.g. RAM/HDD/motherboard/keyboard/LCD/LED/digitizer.
  • Virus/Malware removal.
  • Software Installations.
  • DC Jack soldering/repair.
  • LCD assembly replacements.
Mac/Macbooks:
  • Screen Replacement , battery replacement , keyboard replacement .motherboard replacement.
  • Component upgrades/replacements, e.g. RAM/HDD/motherboard/keyboard/LCD/LED.
  • Virus/Malware removal.
  • OS Reloads.
Cell Phone/Tablets:
  • LCD touch screen assembly replacements.
  • battery replacements.
  • Charging port soldering replacements.
  • Refurbishing phonesย 
  • Component level replacements, e.g. headphone jack/ear-speaker/home button.
  • Backup/restore.

Other Qualities Needed:
  • Dependability and Punctuality.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Self Management.
  • Has to have a wide experience with software (Windows and Mac Platforms).
  • Experienced dealing with Hardware issues ( Diagnosis and repair), assembly, and disassembly of small electronics products.
  • Utilize Microscope for micro-soldering IC Chips, Audio IC, Data Recovery, Touch IC, Charging IC equipment, and hand tools.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for ordering parts and manage them upon receipt.
  • Prepare required reports and submit them to the Repair Supervisor.
  • Maintain work environment clean and organized.
  • Repair of PCB for PC products such as laptops and tablets and cell phones.
  • Replace PCB components including soldering and de-soldering of through-hole and SMT components.
  • Use the BGA Rework station to remove and install BGA components.
  • Perform inspection of Mac PC products such as laptops and tablets. cell phones.

Qualifications:
  • Honesty and Reliability is a key factor for this position.
  • Up to 2 years of related experience repairing PC motherboards (PCBs) to component level.
  • Completion of high school/GED and at least two (2) years of industrial electronics work, including fabrication, installation, or repair of small electronics products or Technical Associate degree in Electronics.
  • Strong soldering skills.
  • Ability to use small hand tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive electronics components.
  • Has to have the ability to disassemble and assemble Computers, Laptops, Game Consoles, Tablets, and Smartphones.
  • Experience dealing with Mobile Devices Hardware ( Removing and replacing Screens, Digitizers, charging ports, motherboards, and similar) on phones and tablets.
  • Experience micro-soldering with a microscope is a must.
  • Need experience with component-level repair.
