As a Stick Pack Machine Operator, you will set up, run, and monitor packaging equipment to ensure product is packaged accurately and to quality standards. Your day will involve following written and verbal production instructions, performing quality inspections, and completing production documentation throughout your shift. You will work in a clean, structured manufacturing environment on a consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule. This role involves extended standing, reaching, and repetitive hand movements as you keep the line running smoothly. • Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

• Ability to perform production duties involving extended standing, reaching, and repetitive hand movements, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Willingness to complete required machine operator training and certification

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment

• Previous machine operation, production, manufacturing, or packaging experience

• Experience in food, nutrition, supplement, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments

• Familiarity with production documentation, quality inspections, Good Manufacturing Practices, or standard operating procedures

• Comfort troubleshooting minor machine adjustments during a shift

• Experience maintaining a clean and organized work area
