Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Real Estate Marketing, this role partners closely with stakeholders across Marketing & Communications, Real Estate Services, and Investment Management. The position is responsible for shaping global marketing strategies and delivering scalable, high-impact campaigns and content that balance global consistency with regional relevance.

Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks across Hines’ real estate services and sectors (office, residential, industrial, mixed-use).
  • Translate market insights, financial drivers, and investment strategies into compelling, client-facing narratives.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new services, leasing initiatives, and investment offerings.
  • Strengthen Hines’ global brand through strategic storytelling and value proposition development.

Content Strategy & Development

  • Execute a global content strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Create high-impact content, including capabilities materials, case studies, campaigns, and pitch assets.
  • Build scalable toolkits, templates, and playbooks to standardize and streamline execution across regions.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging while enabling local market relevance.
  • Identify sector trends to inform proactive thought leadership and content development.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated global marketing campaigns across digital, events, PR, and direct channels.
  • Align campaign strategies with firmwide business and growth objectives.
  • Partner with Communications and Digital teams to deploy campaigns effectively across regions.
  • Leverage market research, competitive intelligence, and audience insights to inform strategy.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns through data-driven insights.
  • Manage workflows, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective campaign delivery.

Events & Sales Enablement Support

  • Partner with Events and Communications teams to develop messaging, presentations, and materials for internal and external events.
  • Support event strategy, including content development and audience engagement.
  • Leverage industry events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and business development outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (development, investments, asset management) to align marketing with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with leasing and sales teams to deliver effective marketing and client-facing materials.
  • Manage external agencies, designers, and vendors as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with data and digital teams to develop dashboards, reporting, and performance insights.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or sales enablement (commercial real estate experience preferred)
  • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives
  • Proven track record of developing high-impact marketing materials that support business growth
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Familiarity with marketing and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Templafy)
  • Compensation: $50/hr - $75/hr
