Physical Therapist

Hospital: Med City Arlington

Location: Arlington, TX

Unit: Physical Therapy

Classification: PT

Shift Detail: 7a-7:30p

Building/Floor/Suite information of unit: General Information

Shift Details- Please correct information below if needed:

Quantity: 1

Bill Rate

Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Shift/Workdays: 7a-7:30p Weekend – Rotating

Call Requirements: To be discussed during interview

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Special Skills/Experience required:

Must have: BLS, 2+ Years of Hosp. experience, Must have In-Patient Rehab and/or Hospital Experience

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed:

Experience with the following: 2-3 Years of experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital.

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required:

(PT) Active PT License – no Temp License allowed

Procedures performed on unit:

In-patient Rehab Occupational Therapy – neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments

Acute (Ortho, Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments

Dress Code:

Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire:

Scrub Color: We provide hospital scrubs

Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.

Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.

Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually

Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.

Other – Unit Guidelines/Policies:

Floating Guidelines: May float to ante/gyn

Attendance Policies: The company wide attendance policy will be followed
