Job description

Job Description
Stantec Consulting Services Inc., Client Service Manager (Multiple Positions), Philadelphia, PA. Oversee and support multiple water, wastewater, and stormwater projects within budget and on schedule. Serve as the Project's point of contact with clients, agencies, and others to obtain and determine project requirements and approvals. Supervise the work of other engineers, including setting the priorities for their scope of work, their budgets, and their schedules for completing the work. Develop project scope, budgets, and design approach for all size projects, and support marketing and business development professionals in positioning for potential projects, writing technical portions of proposals, participating in client interviews, and supporting negotiations for project contracts. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). #LI-DNI #GTM
Qualifications
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, and 14 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, and 12 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 6 years of experience with the following: Managing multiple-disciplinary design projects in water, wastewater and stormwater with engineering fee over $1M for a single project; Negotiating engineering service contracts with the client for contract values greater than $1M; Technical design in hydraulic modeling, pump station, and wastewater treatment facilities including primary and secondary treatment, and biosolids management; and Preparing proposals, attending interviews, and participating in contract, scope and fee negotiations for water, wastewater and stormwater projects.
Must have an active USA Professional Engineer license.
Telecommuting permitted up to 2 day a week, depending on business need.
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 10%.

About the Team
Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
Benefits Summary: Regular full-time and part-time employees (working at least 20 hours per week) have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, a wellness program, health saving accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase program, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term/long-term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage and paid family leave. Regular full-time and part-time employees will receive ten paid holidays in each calendar year. In addition, employees will be eligible to accrue vacation between 10 and 20 days per year and eligible for paid sick leave (and if more generous, in accordance with state and local law).
Temporary/casual employees have access to 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase program, and paid leave, in accordance with state and local law.
