The position offers opportunities to contribute to network modernization, cloud integration, automation initiatives, and large-scale infrastructure projects that support business growth.

You'll partner with experienced infrastructure professionals on modernization, security, cloud connectivity, and automation initiatives while continuing to grow your technical and professional skills.

What You'll Work With:

  • Enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and datacenter networking

  • Cisco Catalyst switching and Meraki wireless solutions

  • Versa SD-WAN and large-scale branch connectivity

  • Cisco ISE, NAC, and network security technologies

  • Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity

  • Enterprise firewalls and segmentation strategies

  • Network automation and standardization initiatives

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud-connected environments.

  • Contribute to and implement datacenter network designs that support high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and secure access to critical enterprise systems.

  • Configure and manage Cisco Catalyst switching, Meraki wireless, and Versa SD-WAN platforms in alignment with engineering standards.

  • Implement network security controls including firewall policies, segmentation, and secure access mechanisms.

  • Design, implement, and support segmented Operational Technology (OT) network environments that securely connect manufacturing systems while maintaining appropriate separation between industrial and corporate networks.

  • Support and enhance authentication systems using TACACS, RADIUS, MAB, and Cisco ISE.

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance analysis to improve reliability, reduce operational risk, and maintain service availability.

  • Collaborate with cloud, systems, and security teams to support hybrid networking solutions and Azure connectivity, including VPN gateways, VNET integrations, and routing configurations.

  • Lead technical project activities including design, implementation, testing, and post-deployment support.

  • Maintain network documentation, engineering standards, and operational procedures while contributing to automation, standardization, and process improvement efforts.

  • Participate in change management, peer reviews, and operational support processes.

  • Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer across the team.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field-or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of network engineering experience in enterprise environments.

  • Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols including TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP fundamentals.

  • Working knowledge of firewall technologies, VPNs, and network security principles.

  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise and hybrid networking environments, including Cisco, Meraki, SD-WAN, and Azure networking technologies.

  • Experience with network access control and authentication technologies such as TACACS, RADIUS, MAB, Cisco ISE, or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with automation and scripting technologies such as Python, Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell is preferred.

  • CCNA, CCNP, Azure networking, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
