Knoxville Center for Autism is proud to celebrate 16 years of serving children and families in the ABA field, and we continue to grow.
We are a locally owned, therapist-focused clinic seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. If you are looking for a workplace where you can make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, KCA may be the right fit for you.

  • Manageable caseloads that allow you to focus on quality care (approximately 8-10 clients)

We are a comprehensive early intervention center focused on helping children with Autism reach their full potential through:

Job Responsibilities


  • Conduct initial assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, FBA) and complete reports
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment programs (approximately 10 clients)
  • Analyze data, update programs, and create materials as needed
  • Provide weekly RBT supervision, observation, and training
  • Conduct weekly parent training sessions
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings and IEP meetings as needed
  • Occasionally support community-based sessions (as needed)
  • Mentor and support RBTs pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification
  • Collaborate with other professionals across disciplines

Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active BCBA certification and LBA (or eligibility)
  • Experience working with children
  • Strong communication and feedback skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of ABA procedures and techniques
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
