GCR operates 9 Stores, 2 Bandag Retread Plants, and 5 Off-The-Road Tire Repair Facilities in 5 states, along with managing tire programs at several remote mine locations. Position Summary
Perform a variety of tire services and repairs on customer vehicles. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.Pay Range: $15.30 - $30.70Commission Eligible
Responsibilities
  • Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair as directed by the Service Manager.
  • Assist with inventory management by loading, unloading, and organizing stock.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous experience with automotive tires is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 250 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and demanding work conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check.
