Position Summary

TheatreSquared is seeking Production Overhire staff to support our production and event needs on an as-needed basis.  This is a call-in, temporary opportunity, where individuals are contacted based on project needs, scheduling, and availability.  Assignments may range from single-day calls to multi-day or short-term projects throughout the season.

Overhire staff may assist across a variety of production areas, including scenic, props, paint, costumes, lighting, sound, projections, and general production support.  Work may also include run crew assignments such as deck crew, wardrobe, board operation, spot op, or other backstage roles.

This role is often hands-on and physical, and may involve lifting, moving materials, working on your feet for extended periods, and supporting fast-paced production environments.

We are building a strong and reliable pool of individuals who are interested in working with TheatreSquared on a flexible, as-needed basis.  Prior experience in theatre or production is preferred.  We welcome individuals with a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and an interest in supporting live performance.
