Azure DevOps infrastructure Engineer
Plano, TX

  • provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools, primary Terraforms.
  • Administer and maintain Azure infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, scalability and security.
  • Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions to support operational excellence
  • โ€˜Ensure infrastructure solutions meet business, requirements, AT&T CDO standards, compliance requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with CDO architects, designers, developers, and data scientists across multiple initiatives and projects
  • Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure deployment and application delivery.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with onshore and offshore Azure Infrastructure engineering teams to ensure seamless project executive.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analyses to maintain stable and reliable environments.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and support the adoption of emerging cloud technologies, tool, and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior and mid-level Azure Infrastructure engineers.

Required skills:

  • Strong experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure and platform services
  • Hands on experience in Infrastructure as code (IAC) using Terraform.
  • Experience with CI/CD automation, deployment pipelines and Dev-ops practices
  • Strong expertise in monitoring, alerting, logging and observability tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with Helm Charts for Kubernetes applications deployment and management.
  • Good understanding of Linux systems administration and operating system fundamentals
  • Experience managing and supporting cloud native and hybrid cloud infrastructure environments
  • Azure networking, security, identity management, storage, and compute services
  • Knowledge of automation and scripting using tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Azure Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering or DevOps related roles.
  • Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent) are prefered.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving Skills
