Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime: Optional overtime available on Fridays

Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Assemblers to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will assemble, inspect, and test aircraft components while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Assemble aircraft components and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and engineering specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
- Follow manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and quality guidelines
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records
- Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or aerospace experience is a plus
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed
