Job description

We are seeking to hire 5 Packaging and Assembly workers to join a dynamic team in Fort Myers. As part of a medium-sized team supervised by the Packaging Manager, these roles involve performing assembly-line tasks within the packaging department of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Workers will be packaging products using both manual skills and automated machinery during regular day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Package and assemble products efficiently and orderly into boxes
  • Operate automated packaging machinery as part of production processes
  • Maintain quality control standards on the assembly line
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
  • Stand for entire shifts, demonstrating physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Keep the workstation clean and organized throughout shifts

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields
  • Familiarity with assembly and packaging processes
  • Ability to handle physical workload and stand for extended periods
  • Strong arm and hand dexterity for quick and orderly packaging
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in packaging or assembly roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
