Job description

This posting is for current temporary employees working at Lifetime Products in Manufacturing Production. Areas include Assembly, Boards, Fabrication, Hardware, Packaging, Powder Coating and Sheds.Production Workers performs repetitive hardware, fabrication or line assembly operations to mass-produce products such as tables, chairs, basketball systems, sheds and playsets by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities could include the following (Other duties may be assigned):Bolt, clip, and screw crimp drill parts togetherNeeds to be able to load raw material and unload finished productIdentify quality defects and raw material flawsPlaces parts in specified relationship to each otherTends machines, such as presses and cutting machinesRead and follows Powder Coating ProcessesPowder coats parts by color needed for modelFollows schedule and hands parts needed for Power CoatingPlaces parts in specified relationship to each other.Works at different workstations as production needs requirePackage all shed parts that are necessary for each boxFollow all run conditions while packaging productWork in different assigned zones as neededCross train in different areas within the sheds department Qualifications:Must be a current temporary employee working at Lifetime Products through a staffing agency.No prior experience or training is needed. Less than a high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.Basic computer skillsMust be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Overtime flexibility during peak seasons.  Lifetime Products is an Equal Opportunity Employer
