Temporary Tool Room Associate

As a Temporary Tool RoomAssociate, you'll play an important role in keeping our projects runningsmoothly by helping manage tools and equipment, supporting shipping andreceiving activities, and assisting with facility and grounds maintenance. Thisopportunity is a great way to gain hands-on experience in a fast-pacedconstruction and operations environment.

Schedule: Standard full-time schedule.Work may include longer hours and/or weekends to support project needs andoperational priorities.
What You'll Do
  • Manage the check-in, check-out, organization, and inventory of tools and equipment.
  • Prepare and fulfill tool and equipment requests for field employees and project teams.
  • Inspect, clean, maintain, and track tools to ensure they are safe and ready for use.
  • Deliver tools and equipment to job sites as needed.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations, including accepting deliveries, organizing inventory, and preparing outbound shipments.
  • Assist with building and grounds upkeep, including seasonal maintenance and general facility support.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided).
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal employees and project teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and inventory data.
  • Support the Tools & Equipment team with additional duties and special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • Required Qualifications
    • Ability to regularly load, unload, and transport large tool crates containing multiple sets of tools, heavy chains, and field equipment.
    • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
    • Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days (provided by Jamar).
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills preferred.
    • Experience and knowledge working in a tool/warehouse environment is preferred.
