Openwork is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a growing distribution company in Midland, TX. We're looking for someone with hands-on warehouse experience who is dependable, hardworking, and ready to become part of a team-focused operation.

This position is ideal for someone with 1+ year of warehouse experience who enjoys staying active, keeping materials organized, and helping daily operations run smoothly.

Schedule Requirement: Candidates must be willing to transition to 2nd Shift upon permanent hire.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials.
  • Stage and move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Assist with general material handling.
  • Maintain warehouse and yard cleanliness.
  • Keep work areas organized and safe.
  • Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as needed.
  • Follow company procedures and safety requirements.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year of warehouse, picking/packing, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience required.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
