Overview
The role will focus on technical account management for Rentokil's portfolio of top tier customers. You will act as a bridge between the customer and local Rentokil branches providing technical support and solutions to both stakeholders. You will be responsible for supporting Infestation Management, Service Excellence and PestConnect nationally, for both your assigned accounts and all National Accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitors service performance against KPIs, problem solves with operational leaders and National Accounts to ensure performance thresholds are met.
  • Drives technical improvement to protocols and service delivery processes to improve customer retention and operational efficiency.
  • Support your assigned customers nationally with required data (trackers)
  • Reduce risk and infestation for your customers (nationally) and all Technical Account Manager (TAM) accounts
  • Attend customer review meetings, producing and delivering management information to keep your customer informed and engaged on pest control, namely the trends, risks and recommendations across their portfolio
  • Reduce infestation (and therefore non-productive visits) for your local Rentokil branches
  • Conduct monthly QA quota and supporting audit excellence
  • Coordination with TSM (Technical Service Managers) and operations teams to ensure proper awareness or conditions, methods of deescalation, and training of team members.
  • Support our Digital Development Manager with PestConnect issues if required
  • Support your SAE's with the upselling innovation to our premium retail customers
  • Travel up to 60% to various field and customer locations

Candidate Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in biological science or entomology or related sciences is preferred, but not required.
  • Associate Certified Entomologist (A.C.E) or Board Certified Entomologist (B.C.E) preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months of entering the role).

Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of related structural pest management experience is required.

Skills & Competencies
  • PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) Preferred
  • CP-FS (Certified Professional - Food Safety) Preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong change management skills
  • Building relationships, both internally and externally
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including delivery of formal presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
Pay Range
Yearly: $85,600.00 - $111,200.00
