Job description

The Administrative Assistant I will provide support in the department by performing reception and administrative duties. This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of two to three weeks starting September 8, 2026.

  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Responsible for maintaining the front office and reception area duties, including greeting, and directing visitors, answering, and directing phone calls, and processing submitted paperwork.
  • Maintain and distribute contents of departmental inbox to the appropriate employee for processing
  • Direct questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
  • Perform clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
  • Other duties as assigned.
