Mancan Staffing Marietta is currently seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant Manager to join a growing restaurant team!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced kitchen professional who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high food quality standards, and helping create an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, dependable leader, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily kitchen operations and support kitchen staff
Supervise and provide guidance to cooks and prep staff during shifts
Ensure food is prepared consistently according to recipes and quality standards
Train, coach, and motivate team members while promoting teamwork
Monitor food quality, portion control, inventory, and kitchen organization
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment
