The Temporary Records Specialist provides administrative and clerical support within a medical office setting to ensure efficient daily operations. Essential Functions

  • Scan, organize, and digitally archive patient and departmental documents in accordance with office procedures
  • File physical and electronic medical records accurately while maintaining compliance with privacy standards
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with retrieval of medical records and documentation requests
  • Support clinical and administrative staff with clerical duties as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and organizational information
  • Perform general office tasks such as copying, printing, and sorting mail
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
