Join PMC SMART Solutions and help manufacture technology that saves lives!


We are seeking a detail-oriented Metrology Technician for a 6-month temporary assignment. This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on business needs and project activity, although permanent employment is not guaranteed.


Compensation

$23.00-$30.00/hour, based on experience

Higher pay available for candidates with CMM programming experience


Schedule

Monday-Friday

Flexible start time between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM

Standard 8-hour shift

Optional four 10-hour days for interested candidates

Experienced candidates may also be eligible for a flexible weekend/weekday schedule


What You'll Do

Perform precise dimensional measurements of parts independently

Conduct 100% layouts and attribute inspections

Create and maintain Control Plan measurement programs

Collect and document inspection data

Interpret engineering drawings (training available)

Support data analysis and reporting

Assist with developing inspection methods and technical documentation (preferred)

Program CMM and/or Vision Systems (preferred)
