Job Title: Packaging Line Worker

Job Description

This role involves working on an assembly line to package bleu cheese products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will rotate positions every two hours and perform repetitive tasks such as portioning, weighing, labeling, and boxing products for shipment while maintaining quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Work on an assembly line packaging bleu cheese into 2–5 oz portion containers according to production requirements.
  • Rotate between different positions on the line approximately every two hours while maintaining productivity and focus.
  • Follow all production, safety, and cleanliness guidelines in a wet and cold environment.
  • Assist with general production tasks such as picking, packing, labeling, and basic inventory-related activities as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Experience or familiarity with general production work.
  • Ability to work on a packaging line and assembly line in a repetitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Skill in labeling, picking, and packaging tasks.
  • Comfort working in a cold environment (approximately 45–50 degrees) that can also be wet and have strong odors.
