Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Data Entry Specialist supporting the Customer Service team, you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly:
- Accurately enter customer orders, product details, and service information into internal systems
- Review and verify data to ensure completeness and precision
- Update records in real-time to support order fulfillment and communication
- Keep data clean, organized, and up-to-date for the team
- Handle high-volume data entry in a fast-paced environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of data entry or administrative support experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to stay focused and organized with repetitive tasks
- Reliable and able to work fully onsite in Lodi, NJ
