Please Note: This is a temporary position
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in a temporary position. This role is being filled to support current business and staffing needs and is not considered a regular permanent position at this time.
While there may be opportunities for continued or permanent employment in the future based on business needs and performance, ongoing employment is not guaranteed.
Candidates should be dependable, able to work the required schedule, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Function:
Technicians are responsible for operating equipment in a factory setting and preparing items for distribution.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assembly, operating and teardown of the KISS Machine.
• Adhere to cleaning and sanitization procedures of equipment and tools.
• Product verification and signoff on Fill Ticket.
• Fill line calculation, retrieve fill line photo documentation and priming of the machine.
• Filling and capping various products according to line specifications and standards.
• Setup and operation of the L-Sealer.
• Operating table-top press down capper.
• Perform line duties efficiently and accurately.
• Executing QC function on production line by verifying finish goods meet line standards prior to pack-out.
• Fill-out documentation for Pallet Sheets and returns.
• Sense of urgency and flexible to work on various line duties.
• Able to problem solve with limitations.
• Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Abilities and Qualities Required:
• Self-Motivated and Team Player.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, reach for extended periods.
• Repetitive duties with break rotations.
• Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to push and pull and up to 450 pounds with equipment assistance.
• Effectively communicate to internal sources via email, phone, and in person
• Basic Math skills.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management and ability to work independently.
• Beginner-Intermediate typing skills including 10 key by touch
• Beginner-Intermediate skills with Word, Excel, and Email
Education/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation: $16.50 per hour
