Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – Up to $87K + Flexible 4-Day Workweek | North Houston, TX

Looking for a pediatric OT position where mentorship, collaboration, and work-life balance are more than just buzzwords? Join a thriving private pediatric practice in North Houston that has been serving families for nearly 20 years and is known for investing in both its clinicians and the children they serve.

Role Overview

This established multidisciplinary clinic is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, evidence-based care for children in a collaborative outpatient setting. You'll work alongside experienced Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists who value teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.

Whether you're an experienced pediatric OT or a newer clinician looking for strong mentorship, this team is committed to helping you succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $51-$60/hour or $71,000-$87,000/year depending on experience
  • Choose a 4- or 5-day workweek
