Job Description:

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Python-based back-end development, modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React), and cloud-native architecture utilizing AWS. You will work within an agile environment, collaborating closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and implement scalable enterprise applications using Python (Django/Flask) on the backend and Angular/React on the frontend.

  • Cloud Architecture: Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS), utilizing services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, ElasticSearch, and RDS.

  • API & Web Services: Build, consume, and manage robust RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate various internal and third-party systems.

  • 3+ years of experience building responsive, component-based UIs with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular (version 8+) or React.

  • Proven experience developing applications within Python frameworks, specifically Django or Flask (including Model View Template/MVT architectures).

  • Solid hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, including automated deployments and security best practices.

  • Strong understanding of version control (Git/GitHub) and continuous integration tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial services, asset management, or banking sector.

  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
