Good knowledge and hands-on Experience on EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, load balancing, proxy solution, cloud formation

Good hands-on application migration experience from private network to Amazon cloud

Good hands-on experience with Amazon API's(CLI/Powershell/any one of SDK API) for integration

Should be able to work with client's application team and plan for application migration from private to public Amazon cloud

Should be able to handle the post migration activities like monitoring, backup etc.. along with offshore team

Should be able to work and project manage integration with 3party and home grown tools
