About Route Masters – A FedEx Ground Contractor

At Route Masters, we believe great drivers deserve great support. We provide a positive team environment, reliable equipment, and opportunities to grow while delivering outstanding service to our community. Our terminal is located at 6265 Atlantic Blvd, Norcross, GA 30071, where you'll start and end your day with a supportive team.

Pay & Benefits
  • $200-$150 per day
  • Paid training
  • Weekly pay with direct deposit

Schedule & Hours
  • Full-time and part-time available
  • Monday-Sunday
  • Start: 7:30 AM until route completion
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely complete package delivery routes averaging 130-170 stops per day
  • Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Load, scan, and deliver packages
  • Use GPS to navigate efficiently
  • Provide friendly customer service
Required Qualifications
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)
  • Lift and move packages up to 150 lbs
  • Work safely in all weather conditions
  • Live within 45 minutes of the terminal
  • No CDL required
