Our client, a logistics company located by JFK Airport, is looking for an Air Export Coordinator to join their growing company. This position is temp-to-hire and is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to learn Ocean Export. 

Responsibilities:

•  customer quotes

•  negotiating with airlines and carriers

• booking shipments

•  coordinating pickups and warehouse activity

•  preparing airway bills and export documentation

•  communicating with customers and vendors

•  handling escalations

• managing shipments through final departure

Skills:

• 2+ Years Air Export Experience

• CargoWise preferred but not required

• Excellent communication skills

• Team Player
