Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Customer Product Support Manager to join our In-Service Supply Chain - Integration and Reliability team in Everett, Washington.
The Customer Product Support Manager will lead and develop a team supporting supply chain activities and executive initiatives by driving high-visibility projects, developing integrated plans, and delivering solutions that advance business objectives. This role is accountable for ensuring projects and processes operate efficiently and contribute to the company's overall success. The ideal candidate will provide leadership across key customer and supplier engagements while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to advance a One Boeing approach.
As a first-line manager, this role requires building strong partnerships with leaders across the enterprise and serving as an active member of the BCA (Boeing Commercial Airplanes) Supply Chain team. The position will guide the team in identifying opportunities, solving complex business challenges, and improving systems, policies, processes, and efficiencies through both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Our team is currently hiring a Level K Customer Product Support Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead a supply chain team supporting BCA Supply Chain, Fleet Chief Office, and in-service airline customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Programs, Customer Support, Design Engineering, Production Supply Chain, Value Stream Integration, Warranty, and Boeing Global Services.
  • Use supply chain expertise to remove barriers, resolve issues, and strengthen stakeholder trust and satisfaction.
  • Engage directly with operators to improve customer satisfaction and supplier performance.
  • Manage and resolve contract disputes related to supplier obligations.
  • Provide training to airlines on their contractual rights with Boeing suppliers.
  • Address complex commercial and technical issues.
  • Develop and execute strategies that improve speed and reduce financial impact to Boeing and operators.
  • Support Regional VPs, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Program leaders through strong communication and project management.
  • Prepare executive-level presentation materials for program reviews, airline executive meetings, supplier reviews, industry conferences, and other customer or supplier engagements.
  • Negotiate Product Support and Assurance Agreements, M6 Manufacturer's Warranty Agreements, and spares pricing and terms and conditions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Directly manage a team of Procurement Agents supporting in-service customers.

Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete this assessment will remove you from consideration.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 3+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills; able to influence senior leaders, present complex matters clearly, and lead high-stakes discussions
  • 2+ years of experience in negotiations
  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
  • Domestic and international travel on short notice

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
