Your role will include reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams, performing basic tasks such as filter changes, cleaning coils, and checking refrigerant levels, and supporting senior technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues. Compliance with safety standards and company policies is essential, as is maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Effective documentation and communication with team members are vital components of this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform basic tasks such as filter changes, cleaning coils, and checking refrigerant levels.
- Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
