Job Title: Entry Level HVAC Technician
Job Description

Join our team as an Entry Level HVAC Technician, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. You will gain hands-on experience and develop technical skills by working with experienced professionals. Your role will include reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams, performing basic tasks such as filter changes, cleaning coils, and checking refrigerant levels, and supporting senior technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues. Compliance with safety standards and company policies is essential, as is maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Effective documentation and communication with team members are vital components of this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Perform basic tasks such as filter changes, cleaning coils, and checking refrigerant levels.
• Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
