In this role, you will work directly with stakeholders toidentifyopportunities for AI adoption,developand refine prompts, design AI-enabled workflows, and support the implementation of AI solutions that improve mission and business operations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about artificial intelligence, enjoys solving complex problems, and can translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions. Candidates may come from backgrounds such as workflow automation, business analysis, software development, process improvement, technical consulting, or AI implementation.

This role focuses on helping users adopt and apply AI technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements,identifyoperational pain points, and evaluate opportunities for AI adoption.
  • Design, test, refine, and document reusable prompts and prompt workflows for approved large language model platforms.
  • Develop and support AI-enabled workflows that improve operational efficiency and automate manual processes.
  • Support demonstrations, training sessions, and user adoption activities that help stakeholders effectivelyleverageAI capabilities.
  • Use approved AI platforms toassiststakeholders with research, summarization, reporting, analysis, and development of decision-support content.
  • Evaluate andvalidateAI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with mission requirements.
  • Research emerging AI capabilities andidentifypractical use cases that support missionobjectives.
  • Support rapid prototyping, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
  • Document AIusecases, workflows, findings, lessons learned, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support deployment and integration efforts.
  • Identifyopportunities for advanced AI capabilities, automation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI solutions and coordinate with technical teams as needed.
