Location: Ault, Colorado

Type: Volunteer

Shift Commitment: Minimum 48 hours/month (flexible scheduling)

Training Requirement: Thursdays at 7:00 PM

The Ault Fire District is seeking dedicated individuals to serve as Volunteer Firefighters. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community while gaining valuable experience in emergency services. No prior certifications are required to start—just a commitment to service, teamwork, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to fire, medical, and other emergency calls.

Operate and maintain firefighting equipment and apparatus.

Participate in weekly training sessions to build skills and maintain readiness.

Assist in community outreach and fire prevention education.

No certifications required to begin—training provided.

Must pass a background check and physical evaluation.
