Compensation: $30-35 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 20 hours per week guaranteed

Overview / About the Family:
A family traveling to San Jose for a one-month summer stay is seeking a dependable, proactive, and experienced nanny to provide full weekday childcare support for two children, ages 8 and 4. This role is focused exclusively on childcare and creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment while the family is away from their home base. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, energetic, and comfortable caring for both school-aged and younger children in a travel-based temporary placement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full childcare support for an 8-year-old and 4-year-old
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities, outings, and structured play
  • Support daily routines including meals, snacks, and transitions throughout the day
  • Plan and facilitate engaging indoor and outdoor activities
  • Ensure constant safety around the swimming pool and supervise children at all times when outdoors

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative
  • Energetic, flexible, and engaging personality
