Temple View Capital, LLC is an established, fast growing direct private money lender in the residential mortgage industry. We are growing nationwide and committed to the development and advancement of our employees in the company and industry.

We seek a hard working Inside Sales Rep to join an existing sales team responsible for fielding inbound sales calls, working warm leads, as well as generating their own leads within the private money mortgage market for residential Business Purpose Loans (BPLs). The Inside Sales Rep’s goal is to handle the wealth of inbound company leads, properly notate all accounts and systems, and convert leads into closable loans. The Inside Sales Rep must develop an in-depth knowledge of TVC product guidelines, systems, sales and marketing tools through our cross-training program.

High quality candidates are effective communicators, hardworking, production-oriented, and have a demonstrated track record of managing sales relationships within a mortgage lending industry. Exceptional candidates will have a working knowledge of mortgage sales and processing operations and will be comfortable on the phones.

Responsibilities / Essential Job Duties

Source and prospect new investors via cold calling using our lead gen programs.

Answer and handle calls that come in from the inbound sales call queue line.

Convert inbound TVC provided leads into loans.

Properly notate all TVC sales systems including Salesforce and Encompass.

Quarterback loans though the process and into closing.

Develop expertise in all TVCF product guidelines and marketing/sales approaches, including how to structure all loan types.

Competencies/Skills

Proficient Inbound/Outbound phone skills – clear communication (enunciation, tone, active listening), preparation (notes, goals), and professional etiquette (politeness, structure, follow-up).

Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage personal pipeline.

Ability to exercise sound, reliable, independent judgement.

Strong team player.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Comfortable working at a fast pace under demanding deadlines.

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrated ability to establish competency with new technologies and applications.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent combination preferred; may be offset by other education and applicable training/experience.

Previous residential real estate experience with appraisals/valuations, mortgage processing or contributing to another mortgage lender function is a plus, but not a requirement.

A strong background of originating DSCR Rental Loans preferred
