Optometrist - Temple, Texas

A leading private eye care practice in Temple, TX, seeks a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join its friendly team. This opportunity offers a generous sign-on bonus, relocation support, and a collaborative clinical environment using advanced diagnostic technology. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and visual disorders
  • Educate patients on ocular health and preventive care
  • Recommend and fit specialty contact lenses
  • Collaborate with fellow optometrists and support staff
  • Serve approximately 22 patients each day

Salary and Benefits:

  • Total compensation ranges from $130,000 to $190,000+ annually, with base plus production bonus
  • Sign-On bonus up to $20,000
  • Relocation assistance up to $5,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule
