Bilingual Onsite Supervisor – Kenosha, WI

Pay: $25/hr
Shift: 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM (Sunday–Wednesday)
Placement: Internal Job&Talent role onsite at our 3PL logistics client’s warehouse


Summary

Experienced Bilingual Onsite Supervisor supporting high‐volume logistics operations. Provides daily leadership inside the client’s warehouse, overseeing staffing, attendance, productivity, and shift transitions. Skilled in recruiting, employee coordination, performance monitoring, and real‐time problem solving. Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong technical proficiency and the ability to operate independently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Shift Coordination - Manage daily check‐ins, verify attendance, assign workstations, and distribute PPE.
  • Shift Handover Management - Review staffing gaps and production priorities with outgoing shift leads.
  • Performance Monitoring - Conduct hourly floor walks, track UPH, and coach associates who fall behind.
  • Recruiting Support - Maintain organized candidate pipelines and complete daily outreach, follow‐ups, and interview coordination.
  • Staffing Response - Identify no‐shows and coordinate immediate replacements with on‐call staff or the recruiting branch.
  • Safety & Morale Support - Reinforce safety protocols and maintain team engagement throughout the shift.
  • End‐of‐Shift Reporting - Prepare nightly reports including attendance, productivity metrics, and incident documentation.
  • Timekeeping Oversight - Reconcile timecards, confirm breaks, and ensure accurate clock‐out procedures.
  • Facility Wrap‐Up - Ensure work areas are organized and shift completion standards are met.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a fast‐paced warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment with personnel management responsibilities
  • Some recruiting or HR experience
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish), verbal and written
  • Ability to make independent decisions when senior management is off‐site
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and cloud‐based timekeeping systems
  • Detail‐oriented, tech‐savvy, and comfortable using multiple software platforms
