Role Description The Life Insurance Agent is a full-time 100% Commission based, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. In this position, the agent meets with prospective and existing clients to assess their life and health insurance needs, explains policy options, and recommends appropriate coverage. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, preparing quotes, completing applications, and following up on underwriting decisions. The agent also maintains accurate client records, provides ongoing policy reviews, and supports clients with claims and policy changes.
