OB/GYN | 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off | Work 26 Weeks Per Year

Work only half the year while maintaining an active surgical practice. This low-volume OB/GYN role offers a 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off schedule, allowing you to continue performing C-sections and gynecologic surgery without the demands of a high-volume delivery service. Family Medicine physicians manage the majority of routine deliveries, while you maintain a focused surgical and women's health practice.

Practice & Schedule

  • Established Women's Health team with 1 OB/GYN and 2 experienced Family Medicine physicians
  • Clinical focus includes gynecologic surgery, C-sections, office gynecology, and women's health consultations
  • Clinic, surgery, and 24-hour call during scheduled work weeks
  • No scheduled clinic responsibilities on weekends
  • EPIC EMR
  • Experienced CRNAs, OR nurses, and scrub technicians
Compensation & Benefits

  • 340,000-375,000 base salary
  • 35,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
  • Experienced OB/GYN comfortable performing C-sections and gynecologic surgery
  • Comfortable practicing independently
  • Interest in maintaining an active surgical practice without a high-volume delivery service
