Temp Techs, or Temporary Technicians, are professionals hired on a short-term basis to fulfill technical roles within organizations. They may work in fields such as IT support, laboratory assistance, manufacturing, or maintenance, depending on the company's needs. Temp Techs help fill gaps due to staff shortages, special projects, or seasonal workloads and are typically employed through staffing agencies or temporary contracts.
