An embroidery production facility in Durham, North Carolina is hiring machine operators for first and second shift. What You Will Do
  • Set up and operate multi-head embroidery machines, including loading proper threads, needles, and materials
  • Hoop and prepare garments accurately for embroidery production
  • Interpret design specifications and verify proper placement and alignment on each piece
  • Inspect completed products and address defects or errors immediately
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
  • Keep accurate records of machine settings, inventory, and completed orders

  • Pay: $16.00/hour to start, increasing to $17.00/hour after 30 consecutive days meeting production targets of 30 quality units per hour
  • Schedule: First shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or second shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Saturday hours required during peak season.
