Job description

Aerospace Clean Line Technician – Optical Components (URGENT NEED)

Location: Torrance, CA
Pay: $19-20 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift Monday to Friday, Full-time with possible overtime
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire through our agency

Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and must be able to successfully complete a background check.

About the Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Line Technician to join a growing production team in Torrance.

In this role, you will clean, prepare, and inspect glass and optical components in a laboratory and cleanroom environment. This is a hands-on position that requires patience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow step-by-step instructions.

No two parts are exactly the same, so quality and careful handling are very important.

What You’ll Do

  • Clean, wash, wrap, and unwrap glass and optical components
  • Handle delicate parts carefully to prevent damage
  • Follow work instructions and customer specifications
  • Prepare tools, shields, and materials for production
  • Cut Kapton plastic and apply protective shields to parts
  • Inspect finished parts for cleanliness and quality
  • Identify damaged or nonconforming parts
  • Complete production paperwork accurately
  • Keep tools, machines, and work areas clean and organized
  • Assist other production departments when needed
  • Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures
