Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Machine Operator for our Swing Shift team supporting the production of precision aerospace components. This position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who are comfortable using precision measuring tools and enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will load and unload parts, monitor machine performance, perform basic machine adjustments, and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Training will be provided for the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and measurement experience.
Responsibilities- Operate production machines to manufacture small aerospace components.
- Load materials and unload finished parts from production equipment.
- Monitor machine operation and identify any process issues.
- Perform minor machine adjustments and tool offsets as needed.
- Measure parts using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify quality standards.
- Follow established safety procedures and production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Required Qualifications- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical processes.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments, including:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications- CNC machine operation experience.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience.
- Experience operating Swiss CNC machines or similar precision equipment.
- Ability to inspect parts and verify dimensions against specifications.
- Familiarity with tight-tolerance manufacturing and aerospace quality standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and make basic adjustments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
